Andover Street Couples

Lily and Regan met on bumble with little expectation after years of slogging through the dating app scene. After their first date a close friend of Lily said "You look smitten" and Lily realized she was!

Regan popped the question a year later and the two have been happily married since July of 2022.

Lily and Regan wanted a Coastal Boho wedding full of fun colors and that classic low country slowness. Lily opted to get wear a blue dress with accents of tangerine throughout their celebration. We had so much fun bringing vibrancy to every element of their celebration and creating an intimate celebration of their love with a focus on the joining of two families.

Emily and Scott fell in love slowly and over many intellectual discussions on topics ranging from architecture to to the merits of the kilt. These two erudite lovers wanted something small, special and completely them. We landed on a house wedding. 

In their 3 bedroom bungalow in Ardsley Park we planned a New Years Eve wedding for 50 guests in the winter of 2022. It was a sweet and romantic evening filled with many happy tears and one of the best sparkler photos ever taken!

Day-of-Coordination can be a tricky thing to step into when you haven't planned the event yourself. Coordinating for Ngozi and Gebah though, was a pleasure. Their wedding was a fusion of Nigerian, Liberian and American cultures that was celebrate with full hearts and much joy! Ngozi and Gebah were married in one of Savannah's historic squares and followed with a reception at the Bardo a few blocks away in November of 2023. 

To this day, it is some of the best dancing we have ever seen!

You know how sometimes you can know two people are deeply in love just by looking at them? That is Lisa and Andy.

We stepped in for Day-of -Coordination for Lisa and Andy's wedding in May of 2024 and had so much fun helping them pull together all the thoughtful pieces of their wedding. From the custom cuff links to the ring bearers pillow which was made from a great grandmother's wedding dress, every moment of this wedding was filled with such sweetness. 

We loved helping to make sure everything stayed on track and ensuring those little problems that always pop up never made it to the head table.

When we first met with Sarah and Darien all we knew was the date and that "weddings are too overwhelming and I can't."

Working together we landed on a desire for an epic party with great friends and wanting to dazzle and be dazzled. Sarah and Darien decided to host their nuptials in San Francisco in May of 2024. Andover Street provided long distance planning services and then flew out for day-of-coordination. 

We enjoyed the gorgeous architecture of City Hall, the art deco vibes of a private bar we rented out and the Met Gala inspired outfits worn by bride and guests alike.
